01 General Provisions

03 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

hai77 takes a strict stance on the use of the platform by minors. We reserve the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for this purpose:

• A scanned copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or birth registration certificate.
• A copy of the first page of a valid passport.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
• A bonus offer applies only once per person, household, device or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be suspended and the bonus cancelled.

The VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0% and Gold up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Advancement to each tier is determined based on the user's regular activity and contribution to the platform.

06 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

hai77 is committed to ensuring a fair and secure gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using any kind of software, bots, scripts or automated tools.
• Manipulating or colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to intrude into or hack the platform's systems.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Harassing, intimidating or behaving abusively toward other users.
• Exploiting platform bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all winnings and bonuses, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

hai77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.
• If there is concern that the security of the account has been compromised.
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification or provide required documents.
• In the event of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Based on the direction of a court or government authority.

Users may also voluntarily close their account. In that case, all incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled. The original deposited amount remaining in the balance at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided the eligibility conditions for withdrawal are met.
